At Carpet Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring choice. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused, uncut carpet rolls and rugs within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully roll and wrap your carpet in its original protective plastic packaging to prevent damage or moisture during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided return shipping label to the exterior of the package and schedule a professional freight pickup through our authorized carrier.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
